Dr Michael Treplin is a general ophthalmologist with particular interests in cataract surgery. He has been in practice for over 25 years in Hobart and has extensive experience in all phases of general ophthalmology particularly cataract surgery. He has had the distinction of being the Vice President of the Royal Australian College of Ophthalmology and has been active in promoting the specialty of ophthalmology both in Tasmania and nationally.
